Eligibility & Membership

  • Product Availability: Selections can change due to seasonality or supply. We reserve the right to substitute produce of similar value and quality if certain items are unavailable.

Payment & Fees

You agree to pay all applicable membership fees, produce costs, or delivery charges. For information regarding refunds, see our Payment & Refund Policy. Payment details must be kept current. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment fails.

Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, images, logos, or other materials, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We strive to provide fresh and high-quality produce; however, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
